Sir,

can we use more than one database in a standalone system. some persones told me that we shouldnot use morethan one database.

plz answer me

You can create n no. of databases on your standalone machine. prior to that you should have that much capable machine... :)

but plz explain clearly

i have to store a large database containng information about missile data. it may take 5 gb like

some one told that if we use morethan one database system will crash

is it so

if ur hardware is good enuf to supprt, system wont crash

Chkout whether u need many instances or database itself
