Hi
mine is production database,when i tried to connect to the database,it has shown "max processes 300 exceeded".actually no sessions were there.After i reboot the system i was able to login to the database but the users datafile(which we are using for our production DB) goes offline.i have recovered the datafile and made it online,now it is working fine.
In Alert file it is showing that

plz let me know ,why its all happened,i could not find the problem.
please help me in this context(its urgent).

Hi,

ORA-006** errors indicate serious errors within the database - maybe corruption. Always contact Oracle Support asap.
