can anybody tell me how to drop and recreate undo tablespace

create a new undo tablespace ,assign it as default then offline older one...
Offline dosent means that you can drop this tablespace because existing session can have undo data in it. New session will now hold new undo tablespace for storing undo data.
After commit(or rollback) of existing sessions you can drop the older one
