ORA-060 error! [message #60417]

hi Guys,

we are running some loading jobs and inserting records. and after a while oracle just hangs and instance dies down. and the error msg we get is this :

ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [[1100]], [[0x700000004BE4140]], [[0x700000004BE4140]], [[]], [[]], [[]], [[]], [[]]
ORA-00600: internal error code, arguments: [[kcbget_37]], [[1]], [[]], [[]], [[]], [[]], [[]], [[]]

Pl help us out asap. It is very urgent. What should i do?

what is your OS and oracle version?
does the OS happens to be AIX?

for ORA-600, better open an iTAR and also search Metalink.

oracle is 9i and yes os is Aix.
