Dear Friends,

I am new in oracle, just now i am install oracle 9i application server, it is intalled but when i try to login in SQLPlus 'SCOTT' and TIGER the system will not accept, even sys as sysadv also not accepted, i really did not understand the problem, what i can do, anybody can help me please,

Hi JMY,

Use connect sys as sysdba ( not sys as sysadv )
When connected as sys, or just system, check out if scott's account is locked.
