Hi,

I heard in some discussions that if we are implementing XA, then under certain conditions locks get promoted� to table level locks. Is this true? If so, under what conditions.

Hi Devyani,

I have seen similar problems when using BEA Tuxedo middleware.
I think you just have to check the XA compliance.

Hi Devyani,

The project had to accept the shotcome in the application layer and did their own two-fase commit in the code.
