Usually, twice a week I have a hang of DB and i must shotdown and restart it.

I haven't any message in alert.log file.

What are the cause then carrier db in hang state?

It is possible that this is a oracle bug?

Help me!!!!!

check the archive log destinations.
You might be running out of disk space.
