I want to change the status of one tablespace to be Offline in the init.ora (parameters file).

Is it possible?

I am not sure if I understood your question correctly(init.ora !?) . The way to offline a tablespace is

thiru@9.2.0:SQL>alter tablespace local_uniform offline;

Tablespace altered.
