Hi,

About to install Oracle9i database for the first time and have been looking down through the available software download versions on www.oracle.com, I have noticed that the Standard Edition for 64-bit solaris is not available. Can anyone tell why this is not available and if it is planned to be released in the near future?

We currently have customers on Oracle8i 64-bit SE which will be looking to move/migrate to the Oracle9i equivalent. Thanks

D

Hi,

According to Metalink Certify, Standard Edition Version 9.2 64-bit is both available and certified.

Call Oracle to order the CD Pack.

Best regards.
