ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:
PLS-00201:identifier DBCOMMONPACKAGE.LOGGGuser must be declared
i am getting the above message while trying to run an application.
anybody have smilar problem let me know!

Hi,
DBCOMMONPACKAGE.LOGGGuser is an application component (not supplied by Oracle). Looks like the application wasn't correctly installed or somebody dropped/ changed something on the DB.
It would be best to contact your application team/vendor for assistance.

This is happenning because "DBCOMMONPACKAGE.LOGGGuser" does not have proper grants, first it should have grants as well as it should have a public synonym declared.
I think this will help to solve your problem.
