how can we store archive redo logs file in different location.How to set parameter for that one if its diffrent machine how shall we set the destination

hi,
do u want to set up a standby enviroment?
if so, u can use the parameters :
LOG_ARCHIVE_DEST_[[1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 | 6 | 7 | 8 | 9 | 10]]
if u don't want a standby, i think u must use a local disk for the dumplexing...
