I am using Spot on Oracle by Quest. Its showing me AVG. REDO LOG WRITE TIME is 33ms. Pls tell me what could be the reason and how to solve this prblem ?

I have 3 X 50MB redolog files with 2 member each.
SGA size is 1.2GB.Redo buffer size is .52MB
