I am not sure the proper ways to ask this question so forgive me.

We are currently trying to migrate from Siebel 7 to Siebel 7 and in the process of the data migration it keeps failing.

We are not sure if our database is in Unicode standard. Is there a way to check if it is?

Please if I am way off base let me know. I am reading about Unicode right now and trying to get a good understanding so I may solve this myself.
