can anyone help me to prevent this error

i hearby showing the actual error

I have similar problem. Can anybody tell me how do I solve this problem?
OS = Windows 2003 Advanced Server
Oracle Version = 8i
Oracle Product = 8.1.6.0.0

This error happened when i run a batch program which execute a very long PL/SQL.

Please advice....
