how can i know the differences between all oracle versions and releases like from oracle 5 to oracle 9iR2

That's easy.

Open the on-line documentation for each version since Oracle 5. In the release notes and administrator guide, there is a chapter for the new features.

For example - Oracle 8i to 9i new features
