my application is broken since somebody accidentally update
an important package without notice me. What is the query
to catch this 'bad' guy? I can do something like 'select * from dba_objects
where object_name = 'MY_PACKAGE_NAME' ' to find out when the package last
got updated. My question is that is there a way to tell me who is actually
did the update? Something like osuser name or terminal name?
