Hi All,
Well i am facing a similiar kind of problem like Dileep is facing. Unable to create the database as it says "Orale Not Available". And the installation is done without any errors. The oracle instance is not created and the control files are missing too!

Pl suggest !

Usually its one of the semaphore settings problem. check in /etc/system file.
