Hi all,
I have a Application in Oracle 8i. I am getting
ORA-04020 error while trying to save a record. and that is not for a particular transaction .Some time it generate for one trasaction , and on the next day it is for other transaction.
It seems that after recompiling the procedure which is written for that transaction, I am not getting that error. But that is not the permanent solution.
It will be better for me if any body can give me a solution.
