Is there any function which will return/convert my TOTAL DAYS into YEAR, MONTH and DAYS?

Can I UPDATE my whole table without mensioning COLUMNS?

a) No, you'll have to write your own function (or search the Internet and use one you find)

b) I don't think so. You can SELECT or DELETE the whole table without using column names, but - for updating it - you have to say WHAT you are going to update (i.e. name the column(s)).
